Established operator acquires Angus practice

Multi-site operator Dr Naga Narra has purchased Links Lodge Dental Practice in Montrose, Angus, a mixed-income practice that operates from a 140-year-old former merchant’s house.

Links Lodge is Narra’s fourth practice.

The practice comprises eight fully equipped surgeries, catering to approximately 13,400 patients. It has been owned by Dr Iain Campbell and Dr David Gibb since 1999, having acquired the business after it came to market in 1998. Under their ownership, the practice has grown from five surgeries to eight. They are retiring from practice ownership, but will continue to work post-sale in a clinical capacity.

Campbell and Gibb stated: “We… have spent the last 25 years growing and investing in the business, expanding the premises, modernising facilities, and building a strong team to support an ever-growing patient base.

“Following a rewarding and successful period of ownership, we feel the time is right to pass the practice on to new owners who can build on the strong foundations we have created. We are immensely proud of what has been achieved and hope the practice continues to thrive, providing excellent patient care while embracing future opportunities for growth and innovation.”
