NHS dental practice in Southport sold to local couple
Ainsdale Dental Practice in Ainsdale, Southport, has been sold to husband-and-wife team, Dr Kranthi and Dr Tulasi Nasani, who own another large dental practice in the North West.
The well-established, four-surgery NHS practice was founded by Dr Steve Orme and Dr Scott Martin in 2000 and was brought to market as they were ready to step back from day-to-day practice management.
Following a confidential sales process with Cathy Murphy at Christie & Co, the practice has been purchased by Dr Kranthi and Dr Nasani, who hope to build on the strong reputation of the business, with a long-term plan to introduce specialisms, with a focus on implants.
Murphy said: “The sale of Ainsdale Dental showcases the significant level of buyer activity for quality sites in the North West.
“The principal dentists have worked tirelessly to create an outstanding reputation and a loyal patient base.
“Buyer activity was significant, with strong engagement and multiple competitive offers, reflecting not only the quality of the practice, but the strength of the market.”
Ainsdale Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
