Dental business Biju Krishnan Consulting of Clifton Moor, York, has gone into liquidation with debts exceeding £400,000, The Northern Echo has reported.
The business entered a creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 25 September, with Clifton Moor-based BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) appointed as liquidator.
The business was incorporated six years ago and dentist Dr Biju Brishnan is the only director.
A liquidator’s statement of affairs revealed the business had realisable assets of just £100, while owing £25,287 in tax and National Insurance to preferential creditor HMRC, £376,497 to creditors with unsecured claims, and a further £351,317 in Corporation Tax to HMRC.
