Truly Dental has purchased 550 Dunbarton Road, a fully fitted healthcare facility comprising five surgery spaces in Glasgow’s West End.
Vendor Dave Kennedy sold the facility due to relocating outside Glasgow.
Kennedy said: “Having acquired the practice in the summer of 2024, I felt that the time was right to move on and take advantage of the current market conditions. Throughout my ownership, it has been a pleasure to be involved with the practice, and I am delighted to be passing it on to Truly. They have an excellent reputation and exciting growth ambitions, and I have every confidence that the practice will continue to thrive under their ownership.”

Business property advisor Christie & Co facilitated the sale.
