Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has appointed Max Bazzucchini, founding director of rival dental brokerage, Pluto Partners, as associate director within its national dental team.
The move sees one of London’s most-active independent dental dealmakers absorbed into Christie & Co’s operation.
Bazzucchini established Pluto Partners in 2018 as a specialist dental brokerage, competing directly with the major advisory firms across England, but particularly in the London and South East market. Before launching his business, he served as head of mergers and acquisitions at ADP Group, where he led 132 single-site and group dental practice acquisitions.
He is ACCA-accredited, with additional experience in healthcare sales management.
In his new role, which sees him based in Christie & Co’s London office, he will spearhead brokerage activity across London and the South East – one of the UK’s largest and most-competitive dental markets by transaction volume and practice value.
The region has already seen Christie & Co successfully transact some of the dental sector’s largest single-site and group sales, and this is expected to grow even further under Bazzucchini’s tenure.
The appointment is the latest in a programme of strategic investment in Christie & Co’s dental team, which has seen the firm extend its national footprint and attract senior talent from across the sector, including the recent appointment of Connor Bryan.
