New owner for oral hygiene and tooth whitening clinic in South Ayrshire

Flossbar, an oral hygiene and tooth whitening clinic in Troon, South Ayrshire, has been sold to Kilmarnock Cosmetics, which owns two other practices.

Opened in February 2020, flossbar is a two-surgery private clinic which boasts 1,330 registered patients.

It occupies a custom-built, modern, ground-floor premises, with another 1,000sq ft upper floor ready to be converted to generate additional income.

The clinic is located in the centre of the town of Troon, which is known for its picturesque coastal setting, historic golf courses, and vibrant seaside promenade.

The previous owner decided to sell to retire and, following a confidential sales process with Joel Mannix at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Kilmarnock Cosmetics.
