Gloucester-based Imperial Dental Group is acquiring Smiles Dental, a chain of 20 dental practices in Ireland for an undisclosed price.
The deal is Imperial's first move into Ireland.
Imperial owns and operates 19 practices across England and Wales. The company was founded by Balbir Singh Bhandal, who has more than 30 years’ dental business experience.
The Bhandal family holds other dental interests in the UK under the Bhandal Dental practice brand.
