High-end Manchester dental practice changes hands

Private dental clinic, Smile Chic, based in Hale, Greater Manchester, has been sold to Dr Nasser Syed, who operates a number of practices across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

Established in June 2020, Smile Chic is a high-end, three-surgery private practice which offers a range of private and cosmetic treatments, with state-of-the-art equipment.

It occupies a large double-fronted building just off the busy Ashley Road in the affluent village of Hale.

The practice was set up by specialist implantologist, Dr Persheng Rad, and was brought to market to allow her to reduce responsibilities from her busy clinical schedule across the region.

Dr Rad will remain at the practice post-sale as an associate.

Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Watson at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Dr Syed.

He said: “The attraction to Smile Chic was its location and quality of refurbishment.

“It fits well within our portfolio by taking practices with potential, investing time and money, and creating a thriving business.”

Smile Chic was sold for an undisclosed price.
