3 Step Smiles dental clinic has been sold to an expanding group.
The high-end implant dental clinic specialises in full-mouth rehabilitation and complex dental cases.
It is part of a small group in the UK, with the other practice in Glasgow, and additional sites in Spain.
The practice has been run by Dr Tula and Blanca Crooke since 2022 and was brought to market as they wanted to focus on their Spanish clinics.
Following a confidential sales process with Cathy Murphy at Christie & Co, the Liverpool clinic has been purchased by an expanding dental group.
Crooke said: “Blanca and I are very proud of what we built in Liverpool and it has been a privilege to serve patients in such a vibrant city.
“We are confident that the new owners will continue to deliver the highest standards of dentistry and patient care.
“This sale allows us to focus on the growth of our clinics in Spain, knowing that 3 Step Smiles Liverpool is in excellent hands.”
Murphy added: “It was no surprise that the practice attracted a significant level of interest upon marketing, with a deal agreed in such a short space of time.
“The North West market remains active, with strong demand and a high level of motivated buyers driving competitive interest.”
3 Step Smiles was sold for an undisclosed price.
