Daventry Dental Care in Northamptonshire has been sold to first-time buyer, Sameer Mohammed, for an undisclosed amount.
Established in 1985, Daventry Dental Care is a modern, five-surgery mixed-income dental business located in Sheaf Street in the Northamptonshire market town of Daventry.
The practice has been owned by Dr Ramin Kenani for many years and was brought to market as part of a phased retirement plan, enabling him to wind down his clinical work and spend more time travelling.
Following a confidential sales process with Steve O’Connor at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Mohammed.
O’Connor said: “This was a true, mixed-income practice that generated lots of interest from prospective buyers. Sameer has big plans for the practice, and the sale has enabled Ramin to pursue new opportunities.”
