First-time buyer acquires North Lanarkshire surgery

First-time buyer Dr Anastasios Mellios has purchased Bank Street Dental Care in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire.

Founded in the 1950s, Bank Street Dental Care is a four-surgery NHS practice with about 6,000 registered patients, which has been owned by Patrick Quinn since 2008 and was brought to market as a retirement sale.

Business property advisor Christie & Co facilitated the sale, with funding sourced through Christie Finance.

Its location close to Glasgow and the opportunity to further develop the practice through enhanced marketing made it an excellent fit for my plans. I am excited to build on the practice’s success while continuing to provide high-quality patient care.”
