Five different investors within the dental sector have acquired the freeholds of 11 dental practice properties located in the Midlands and Southern England.
The properties, in London, Nottingham, Bristol, King’s Lynn, Buntingford, Crawley, Horsham, Maidstone and Portsmouth are occupied by corporate dental operator, Colosseum Dental.
The current tenants will remain in situ, and the businesses will be unaffected.
Business property advisor Christie & Co facilitated the sale of the properties.
