Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has appointed Connor Bryan as associate director within its dental team, strengthening its senior advisory capability across the North of England.

Bryan joins Christie & Co with almost 10 years experience advising on dental and wider healthcare transactions.

As a specialist healthcare lawyer focused exclusively on the dental sector, he began his career at NASDAL-accredited Goodman Grant Solicitors, and most recently served as managing associate at Carter Bond Solicitors, advising both individual practice owners and major UK dental groups on high-value, complex deals.

His experience covers the full range of asset and share sales, with particular depth in NHS dentistry, including transactions involving complex contract structures, partnership arrangements, and corporate ownership models.

That background brings a detailed understanding of risk, value, and deal execution, which will directly support Christie & Co’s brokerage activity.

In his new role, he will advise on the sale and acquisition of dental practices across the North of England, working alongside Cathy Murphy.

Paul Graham, managing director of medical at Christie & Co, said: “Connor’s move into brokerage is a very-deliberate appointment for us.

“He brings a level of technical and transactional experience that materially strengthens the advice we can give to clients in this increasingly sophisticated market.

“This appointment also reflects the strength of what Cathy has built across the North.

“She has established a highly-credible and consistently-active dental brokerage operation and Connor’s arrival reinforces our long-term commitment to the region.”

Bryan adds: “I’m proud to be joining Christie & Co’s market-leading dental team.

“After nearly a decade advising on dental transactions, I’m looking forward to bringing legal-level preparation into the brokerage process from day one, improving deal certainty and helping transactions reach completion more efficiently.

“Working with one of the UK’s most-experienced dental brokerage teams will allow that approach to be delivered consistently across the North of England.”
