Business property advisor Christie & Co has launched a dedicated dental brokerage and advisory team in Ireland.
In the UK, the firm's dental team comprises 35 specialists and claims to be the country’s largest dedicated dental brokerage and advisory team. Last year, Christie & Co advised on, agreed, or completed the sale of 716 dental practices with a combined value exceeding £860 million through its agency, advisory and professional services teams.
Leading the expansion will be Christie & Co’s managing director, medical, Paul Graham, who said: “Following the success of our dental brokerage business in the UK, expanding into the Republic of Ireland is a natural next step for us. We identified a clear opportunity to bring our specialist expertise to a market that currently lacks the depth of transactional and advisory support available elsewhere.
